The lights we bought were not what we thought we had ordered, so we asked to return them, expecting difficulties as per usual in most places.
What a pleasant surprise with this company. I had nothing but positive interactions with them, absolutely no problem about returning the lamps, free of charge. They were collected the next available slot, and within a couple of days had received a full refund.
Absolutely superb service, and won't hesitate to shop with them again, and will highly recommend. Well done!!

Mirror ordered and delivered as confirmed. Only just noticed slight flaw in Mirror glass after Mirror hung on the wall.

Absolutely 5 star to the company, it's the courier. EVRI that are rubbish. 3 times promised delivery, didn't happen but the seller chased them & finally got it, so thank them for that.

This company was very good

I would have given Castlegate lighting 5 stars until I came to return some fittings. I emailed them regarding advice as it was greater than 30 days since purchase and I did not have the original packaging. They were very positive, ( I had spent several thousand GBP with them this year).

However, on receipt of the goods they pulled out every possible reason not to refund or issue a credit note. Quite contrary to previous communications which indicated a positive approach.

They have yet to return the fittings despite having all the necessary information to do so.

Quite disappointing. I will not be placing any further orders with them. This year's orders were to establish a rapport as we are a property development company, but no thank you. When it really mattered, they have been poor. No wriggle room or goodwill has been offered.
